From Stone to Sheet: The Making of Stone Paper

Raw Material Preparation

Limestone is crushed into a fine white powder (calcium carbonate) the primary ingredient of stone paper, sourced from abundant natural deposits.

Polymer Binding

The powder is mixed with a small amount of non-toxic resin (HDPE) to bind the particles, creating a flexible and durable material without the use of water, acid, or bleach.

Sheet Formation & Finishing

The mixture is pressed into thin sheets and rolled out to form paper-like surfaces, then cut, shaped, or coated for use in various products like notebooks, packaging, and wallpaper.
